Welcome to my website, through this medium I can explain what Safe Hands is about, contraindications, what my clients say and what you can experience when you receive a treament from me.

As a physical therapist I work from my premises in Arley or I can do home visits. I also do a considerable amount of corporate work and take my chair and table to companies, organisations and live events.

As a professionally qualified therapist I can offer relief, guidance and support with pain and disorders including sports and non sports related injuries, headaches, backache, sciatica, frozen shoulder, muscular aches and pains, IBS, insomnia, fatigue, stress related disorders, nervous tension as well as many other non-identifiable issues. I have trained with ITEC and VTCT and I am registered with the IGPP and insured through Embody. I have an enhanced CRB disclosure.
